Robert Louis-Dreyfus, relative to the famous actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus is now CEO and runs adidas.
The company is continuing to thrive. They made the first shoe with a microprocessor that automatically adjusts the comfort level as you run.
It retails for $250 and the company called it "The World's First Intelligent Shoe".
In 2006, adidas signed on to be the official apparel of the NBA, WNBA, and NBLD. Landing this 11-year deal,
they will produce products and jerseys in the various team colors.
adidas will continue to rise in the industry. Only coming in second to Nike worldwide,
adidas is rising fast and branching out through all the sports.
